Touchless Express
Touchless Express is a modular disinfection cabinet designed for parcel pickup stations. The cabinet holds incoming parcels and disinfects them automatically with an ultraviolet lamp. Users scan a code in a mobile application, and the cabinet door opens and closes without physical contact. The structure is made of steel plates that are cut and punched, then treated with phosphating and high-temperature electrophoretic spraying to resist rust and natural erosion. The modular form can be adapted to the size of different express stations and is easy to assemble.
Touchless Express Disinfection Cabinet by Jiahao Liu has been identified as a grand representation of product design by the A' Design Awards. Touchless Express Disinfection Cabinet earned the Iron A' Design Award in Smart Living and Home Automation Design in 2023. The A' Smart Living and Home Automation Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition that recognizes superior design of smart thermostats, automated lighting systems, intelligent security cameras, robotic vacuum cleaners, smart door locks, Voice-Activated assistants, connected appliances, automated irrigation systems and more.
